Shipping Costs Will Be The Responsibility Of The Customer In The Event Of Buyer’s Remorse Returns, Such As An Item Didn’t Fit, Didn’t Like The Colour/Quality, Changed Your Mind, Ordered By Mistake, Bought It Somewhere Else, Etc. The Gilded Will Refund The Full Cost Of The Merchandise And Shipping Charges If The Return Is A Result Of Our Error Or Is A Defective Product. The Gilded Will Inspect All Returned Items And Will Refund You Based On The Condition Of The Item. A Small Number Of Heavily Discounted Items That Are Marked “SALE” Are Not Eligible For Refund, Exchange, Or Store Credit Coupons.

By Covering The Cost Of Any Return Shipping/Delivery (If The Product Is Not Defective, Return Shipping Fees Will Apply And/Or A Partial Refund May Be Issued).

Since The Product You Exchange Will Be Eventually Sold To Another Customer, We Value And Appreciate You Handing Over The Product In Its Original Condition.

Conditions

The Product Must Be Unused, Unworn, Unwashed And Without Any Flaws. Fashion Products Can Be Tried On To See If They Fit And Will Still Be Considered Unworn. The Product Must Include The Original Tags, User Manual, Warranty Cards, Freebies And Accessories. The Product Must Be Returned In The Original And Undamaged Manufacturer Packaging / Box. If The Product Was Delivered In A Second Layer Of Gilded Packaging, It Must Be Returned In The Same Condition With Return Shipping Label Attached. Do Not Put Tape Or Stickers On The Manufacturers Box.

We Despatch Orders Monday To Friday. If You Place An Order Over A Weekend We Will Despatch On The Monday. All Orders Are Sent Using Our Delivery Partners And Collection Is Usually Made Around 3pm, So Please Be Patient As Your Order Will Be Despatched The Next Working Day If We're Unable To Meet This Collection Time.

Processing Time Is The Time Between When An Order Is Placed By A Customer And When The Order Is Fulfilled By The Gilded Team. Orders That Require Shipping Are Considered Fulfilled When The Gilded Team Gives The Shipment To A Shipping Carrier Service.
